Back when I was a kid I dreamt of becoming a scientist, i love to experiment, I love to invent and I love to test my hypothesis. I end up becoming a Paper Artist but the qualities I had still remained in me thats why I keep on making different styles of paper art, test my hypothesis and see what works well or not.
My Story
I am a self taught paper artist who works with different paper techniques to bring out the best of paper art.
My journey started way back when I was a child when I fell in love in the art of origami. Since then I always have a fascination with paper and is something that I pay with occasionally throughout my life. I first encountered Yulia Brodskaya's quilling work in 2019 and i was blown away on what quilling can actually do she bacame my inspiration since then. In 2020 after I finished my studies I decided to take making art seriously and try to do deliberate practice to become as good as Yulia, since then I experimented on different quilling techniques and as time pass by I added other paper techniques such as origami, paper cut, paper craft and paper mache. Ive also been so interested in making miniatures recently that most of my recent artworks are on a smaller scales. Finally, I added painting into my medium, I had this myth for very long time that paper art should be strictly paper only materials and it has become an obstacle to my journey for a while.
